This sculpture was created as a site-specific piece for a private residence in the Cayman Islands. With a double height ceiling and curved wall as a back drop, I created a wall-mounted sculpture comprising of 3,500 copper fish. The copper produces gorgeous colours when heat is applied. From the distance it appears like a moving shoal, but on closer inspection, you see the individual fish. The sculpture works well there, as the Cayman Islands are one of the best dive sites in the world.
